The company "ISAV-1" EOOD already has more productive and energy-efficient new machines, namely: hydraulic guillotine, automatic laser cutting system with screw compressor, hydraulic hammer press, quadriflate hydraulic sheet-blowing machine. The machines were purchased under project BG16RFOP002-3.001-0082-C0 under Grant Agreement No BG16RFOP002-3.001-0082-C01 under grant award procedure BG16RFOP002-3.001 "Energy Efficiency for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises" and with the financial support of the ERDF through the Operational Program "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020.

The technical parameters of the laser machine allow precise cutting of complicated parts of sheet metal in the correct and irregular shape, with the following dimensions:
- 16 mm carbon steel
- 8 mm thick stainless steel
- Axis positioning velocity X, Y - 105 m / min
- programmable cutting speed, up to max. - 50 m / min
- Laser resonator with a power of 8.00 kW
- motor power 26,00 kW
- Cooler power 8,00 kW
- Compressor power - 11.00 kW

The hydraulic guillotine has the following technical characteristics:

- hull - welded metal structure

- maximum cutting thickness 6,00 mm and maximum cutting length 3,060 mm, with constant angle of cut

- possibility of programming length of cutting

The four-valve hydraulic sheet-blowing machine has the following technical characteristics:

- power of electric motor - 7,50 kW

- Working blade - 2600 mm

- maximum thickness - 8.00 mm

All new machines guarantee:

- reducing the time for clients' orders to be executed and enabling better processing of orders;

- reduction of unit costs of electricity;

- additional environmental benefits by reducing carbon emissions.
