ISAV-1 renovated the old Feed mill in Brezovo!
The technological flow diagram is changed as follows:
INTAKE - DOSING - GRINDING - MIXING - PELLETIZING - READY OUTPUT
The capacity of the Feed mill is increased up to 10 t/h!
The following equipment was mounted on site:
- Automatic batch weighter 1 000 kg with load cells;
- New hammermill N= 90 kW with a automatic feeder and a bag filter for aspiration;
- New transportation equipment: chain conveyors with bag filters for local aspiration, screw conveyors; bucket elevators, a two-way diverting valve box and slide gates.
- The feed mill is controlled by an automatic computer system.
The feed mill is started up in regular exploitation!
